Over the past couple of years, Bloomington High School has made new additions to the campus to improve in looks and use of the facilities on campus. This summer, District 87 tore down a maintenance building on the corner of Locust and Colton, and replaced it with a new sign welcoming people to the campus.  White fencing also was put up along the junior high side of Locust and new flags were added as well.

Future plans include a fine arts renovation and addition and new turf for the football field.

“We want people to drive past BHS and the junior high and see our campus and the pride that we have in it,” BHS Principal Mr. Moore said.
